For e-speed lovers, during August 19-20, the center of Bucharest is transformed into an electric karting track with a new edition of the „Grand ePremium of the City of Bucharest” competition. The competition occurs during Open Streets Bucharest, an event that makes pedestrian Calea Victoriei and other streets in the Capital.
The people of Bucharest look forward to two days of electric karting circuits around the Palace Hall. On Saturday, August 19, the training and qualification stage is scheduled between 10.00 and 18.30. Sunday, August 20, the competition’s finals will take place between 10.00 and 16.30, followed by the awards ceremony, which will be held on the steps of the Romanian Athenaeum between 16.30-17.30 hours. The event takes place around the Palace Hall, with traffic restrictions on the Calea Victoriei route, in front of the Royal Palace, Valter Mărăcineanu Street, the alleys in front of the Palace Hall and the ramp in front of the National Art Museum of Romania.
