Romanian businessman Ion Sturza sold the Liberty Technology Park from Cluj-Napoca to the Americans from the White Star Real Estate.
The two entities involved in the transaction were also attracted by the additional land to be developed which allows them to practically double the built area of the residential office project and several retail spaces.
The occupancy of the technology park is 100%, and most of the tenants are IT companies, such as Siemens, IBM, Halcyon Mobile, Altran, Iron Mountain Romania, Control Data Systems, Digital Ventures Development etc.
