RedBull Homerun 2022 organised the most spectacular snow run in the country. The adrenaline is at its peak and all the competitors were awarded the joy of taking part in this event, but also with the picturesque landscapes of the Poiana Brasov, one of the famous winter resorts in Romania.
On the slope, over 150 winter sports enthusiasts gathered to compete in the RedBull Homerun-the craziest downhill skiing and snowboarding in Romania.
Dressed in funny characters, the competitors drew attention in the competition of speed and adrenaline. The participants had to go through a distance of 3.1 km at a 451m level high. The men skiing category was won by Mihai Constantinescu, who finished the race in just 2 minutes and 17 seconds, according to SportMagazin. Smaranda Munteanu won the big trophy at feminine skiing, recording 2 minutes and 27 seconds time race.

There is also a particular category for the funniest costume, which was won by Zaharia Stoica, whose costume made him float on snow.
The RedBull HomeRun competition takes place from 12 to February 26 2022, and is dedicated to amateurs and professional skiers who are impressed by their creativity and speed. The next race will be at the Straja resort on February 26, situated in Hunedoara County, where over 100 competitors are expected to establish new records.
