Members of the PSD-ALDE coalition have discussed with the Prime Minister of Romania Viorica Dăncilă about the measures that could be taken following the Caracal murder, supplementing the funding of special services for budget rectification and amending the STS law.
After the committee’s analysis, the Government will issue an Emergency Ordinance for the necessary changes, and Parliament will pass the adoption laws of the GEO.
According to a PSD communiqué, the government will set up an inter-ministerial committee headed by Raed Arafat, State Secretary in the MIA, to improve the 112 emergency call system and localization system.
