The CCR discusses referrals to the law on derogatory tax measures applicable to certain land

The Constitutional Court of Romania discusses on Wednesday the USR and PNL and President Klaus Iohannis’s notice on some derogatory tax measures applicable to certain land, buildings built on them and certain authorized economic activities, according to Aagerpres.

The Head of State submitted to the RAC the notification regarding the unconstitutionality of the normative act.

In his application, Iohannis argues that the law “contravenes constitutional norms and principles (…) by the way it was adopted, as well as by the normative content.”
