2019 World Women’s Handball Championship: Romania-Hungary 28-27

Big surprise at the World Women’s Handball Championship in Japan: Romania-Hungary 28-27, after Romania lost two games before in the same group against Spain and Montenegro.

Not even this game started well for the Romanian team, as the Hungarian players scored 5 goals in the beginning of the match while Romanians couldn’t score any – 5-0 for Hungary was the perfect start for Hungary.

Romanian players could’t get in the lead until the final seconds of the game, 59:52, with 8 seconds ahead of the end of the game. That goal, scored by the best handball player of the world, Cristina Neagu, was the first moment when Romania get into lead and the final goal of the match.

Romania-Hungary 28-27, and Romania goes further, while Hungary goes home after an incredible match.
