Bucharest ‘Politehnica’ University is Romania’s landmark for computing and technical science. Each year, 4,000 students graduate from this university, and almost all of them are hired even from their junior year.
‘Politehnica’ is the core center of IT and technical science. This is why the interest in Artificial Intelligence couldn’t miss the professors’ and students’ interests.
‘The International Excellence Center for AI’ helps both professors and students to learn about AI, practice, and develop solutions based on Artificial Intelligence.
‘Politehnica’ University already gathered around this project other universities in Bucharest, such as the Pharmacy University and the Theater and Cinema Art University, but also the Technical University from the Republic of Moldova.
The final aim of this project is to find partners for research, development, and implementation of the AI solution in commercial applications. The international market for AI is estimated to reach 190 billion USD in 2025.
