On the front of the InterContinental hotel in Bucharest, was displayed a heart sign, formed by the lights of ten rooms as a heartfelt message for the people who struggle with coronavirus. Also, on the Facebook page of the InterContinental Hotel was posted a message of encouragement, as a sign of ,,gratitude for all unknown heroes who struggle to save lives during these days. ”
The hotel industry is one of the most affected industries due to coronavirus pandemics. Compared to the first three months of last year, when the hotel occupancy rate was 64%, in 2020, it decreased to 44%.
Several rooms from InterContinental Hotel were illuminated in a shape of a heart as a nice message of encouragement.
