The Constitutional Court of Romania (CCR) on Wednesday dismissed as ungrounded the notification of President Klaus Iohannis on the Law approving Government Emergency Ordinance 104/2018 on the implementation of the Government Program “gROwth – Individual Centenary Savings Account”, according to Agerpres.
