Romanian private airline company Blue Air announces the introduction of direct flights from Bucharest, Romania, to Mykonos, Greece. The flights will be operated starting this summer and will help the Romanian tourists to get to one of their favorite Greek destinations in a shorter time.
Tourists will embark on Bucharest’s biggest airport, Otopeni, at 5:05 and will arrive in Mykonos at 06:35, after one and a half hour flight. The return flight takes off at 7:25 from Mykonos and arrives in Bucharest at 8:55.
The introduction of the direct flights to Mykonos will certainly help the Romanian tour operators a lot. They will be able to offer their clients attractive travelling packages at lower costs, especially in a year when everybody expects the pandemic to be finally overcome.
The price starts at 100 EUR for a roundtrip ticket, which is affordable for many Romanian tourists.
This way, the Romanian airliner completes its offer for Greece, which already included direct flights to Crete, Zakynthos and Rhodes. Hopefully, by summer we’ll witness the lifting of the restrictions.
