From Romania to Dubai, the famous brand The Burgr Factory has opened a restaurant in Jumeirah.
At the opening, people waited in line outside The Burgr Factory in Jumeirah for a taste of the Romanian brand’s renowned products.
For weeks, the restaurant had been hinting at its coming in the UAE, and it arrived with considerable excitement. It had another huge selling point: chefs from Burgr Factory made a 68-kilogram burger at the site, in addition to giving out free burgers to people who lined up.
“It’s going to have a little bit of everything: fries, cheddar sauce, mozzarella sticks, fried chicken – you name it,” said Alin Ciobanu, The Burgr Factory founder who goes by the moniker “The Bossman”.
There are 100 burgers on the menu including a glorious halloumi stick-stuffed creation, the fried bacon legendary burgr, the king of kingz nirvana burgr and an incredible 1.2 kg burger slathered in 12 types of melted cheese and covered in crispy bacon.
The Burgr Factory’s initial location debuted in Constanta in 2017, followed by three more locations in Bucharest over the next few years.
“What makes The Burgr Factory so different is that it’s not just another burger restaurant, it’s a whole experience. A lot of the recipes are inventions of mine with ingredients you never thought would come in a burger. A lot of people come in with their cameras already on to take photos,” says Ciobanu, who showcases these giant creations on social media.
The newly established location is a simple room with graffiti on the walls, a counter where customers can see their burgers being made, and other eccentricities (including what looks like a giant Monopoly board). Burgers starting at Dh57 and shawarmas are on the menu, with hot dogs on the way in the future.
It looks like Burgr Factory has a lot of plans and the expansion of the company in Dubai is a springboard for its future.
